The worse travel agent to use, would avoid at all cost as it can ruin the most perfect, spiritualistic experience:
-Costs: Appreciate Umrah can be expensive, but when you initially agree a cost and then the agent comes back repeatedly with two price increases it’s quite frustrating as you’ve already paid for a deposit and cannot back out
-Hotel: The hotel was shockingly poor. We were told it was 3/4*, but this was closer to 0/1*. The rooms were tiny, very cramped with little amenities. You should not worry about hotels when you go for such pilgrimage, but when you’ve been mis-sold and get something completely unfit for purpose it slightly hinders the experience.
-Lack of Communication: Emails and comms were not sent, with agent adding incorrect email. When challenged, he said he did reach out but when it was found to be incorrect, no apologies, nothing. Both prior and during the trip it there was no organised itinerary, no support, nothing
-Tour Guide: Absolutely incompetent and has no right to call him a tour guide. He came to lead the group but all he did was spend time with his friends and do things on his own without including the group. He gave miss information which meant at times we were stuck. The group themselves had to organise plans as the travel agent was MIA. When something went/ was wrong, he repeated ‘patience’… do something about it!!! Never took ownership or responsibility with many of the group frustrates with him. We ended up in a predicament on travelling back, he had sorted himself and his friends out, but the large portion of the group was stuck and he flew back without most which really shows you the type of ‘agent’ and individual he is

In short, I would stay away from this travel agency. They are deceptive, costly and poorly organised which really impacts your experience, especially if you are going to pilgrimage for the first time

Terrible travel agency, priced unfairly and then bad tour guide, hotel was bad and had coackroaches, couldve done better searchinf elsewhere/packaging trip independently

Nurul and his team were excellent. He gave excellent advice and explained everything very well. The price was reasonable and was on hand to help all the time. Professional and courteous and knowledgeable. His team were very quick to act when we had forgotten our tickets....they quickly emailed a copy to me and Biman were very happy to accept them. Fabulous work. I will be using them again.

However in moments of crisis we were let down. Additionally organisation and communication was very limited, and we suffered the negative effects of this.

Unfortunately echos most other bad reviews where they rip you off and keep your money when things go south with the airlines leaving you out of pocket. The point of using an agent is so that they deal with bookings and cancellations and you should be protected when an airline cancels.

My relative asked to have one ticket out of a few tickets cancelled two months before a flight, they said they would charge £300 for it which was fine.

The airline however cancelled all flights and the agent tells us we can’t go which was frustrating but what was worse is they made us pay £75 per person for an “admin charge” even though it was not our fault. So what was the point of having an agent and they want us to handle claim. What a joke. However I will accept this even though it’s the airline fault and that the agent should claim from the airline direct.

To top things off, we find out that the one ticket we initially tried to cancel that the agent charged us £300 for was actually cancelled by the airline.. once we raised this issue, the agent hesitantly after much argument returned £225 (having kept £75 for “admin fee” ).

Don’t bother using these cowboys. Book your own tickets direct. Money hungry scam artists.

The brothers with the beards on the path of Allah yet they very quick at putting you to the sword. The truth is money blinds most people and these mullahs are exactly the same. Unfortunately they don't have any more captions, just the four. I have a good few more I can add!

Very bad experience with them and bad service will never ever use them or recommend them.
they will use any excuse to rob your hard earned money.they are dishonest and very rude .
Having a beard doesn't make you a good person.

Do not go there they are very dodgy especially skinny(nurul) little beard sweet talker " he pushed customer too much and always ask for tips.
