Last year 2024 a friend of mine referred me to Aearoticket booking services and I won’t lie I was a bit nervous about booking with them because it was my first time. I was referred to Stev (may his soul rest peace) Fred a wonderful and loving fellow who continued my booking, he was very communicative and responsive all through my booking, even a day before my trip he called me to remind me. And on the day of my travel, he called to wish me safe travels. Around December I tried to book again but I changed my mind as I couldn’t travel without my kids, I paid a deposit of £140, which I thou was not refundable, I forgot about the deposit, but Fred called me and reminded me about my trip if I was still going on with it and I said no, and he told me do you want a refund then? I was shocked and I had to ask him if it was possible for a refund he said yes, the refund process didn’t take up to a week I received the refund… thank you so much, Fred. I’m definitely going to be booking from this agency. The communications was 100/100, responding to all my annoying questions 100/100, and customer service was very amazing 100/100. I wish I could give 100 stars… I love the services, the communications etc. Thank you so much Fred May the good Lord bless you for me.
