What an awesome service!

My Wife and I approached Elle early this year after being left in the cold by another travel agent organising our honeymoon.
We gave the previous agent a fairly strict budget to which they returned with a holiday nearly
double what we could afford, back and forth over weeks and even months getting frustrated by
the “I’ll get back to you” and the “Let me find out from the supplier” with any little change we
made to hit something closer to budget and then needing to prompt them weeks later when they
forgot. In the end we didn’t hear back from him after chasing multiple times, I tell you this because
the service we received from Elle was in absolute contrast to this.
We contacted Elle about 6 weeks before our flights out to Thailand, knowing we had cut it very
fine, and to be honest, were very stressed of our impending pre booked flights. We gave her our
proposed itinerary and within hours she set up a meeting with us providing a matching itinerary
where she could and better alternatives when she couldn’t. I was able to collaborate with Elle on over
WhatsApp and phone calls she effortlessly swapped out hotels for others or altered travel days between cities to gauge price differences. It felt like I truly had a travel planning companion
booking the trip with me, nothing was too much trouble!
The result was within 2 days we had booked an awesome holiday which was not only better than
what we came with but also £2.5k cheaper (30%) her service and our experience was second to none, giving us advice where we needed it.

We loved every moment of our honeymoon, Exploring Temples in Bangkok, floating on a raft hotel on the River Kwai, even the second class seat on a night train to Chiang Mai in the mountains was enjoyable. We climbed to the highest point in Thailand and ate some fantastic food, partied all night long in Phuket, and explored islands on a long tail boat all across the Andaman sea. All in all we couldn’t have asked for more!

Elle even topped it off with a special treat delivered to our room.

We had some very specific requests for our holiday which are always hard to find but Elle came up with about 8 options based on my list! She booked us an amazing option in Crete and took care of everything. The whole process saved us SO much time!!

When she checked how it was going after we arrived I mentioned a small issue in our room, even though we'd reported it to the hotel she was on it, making sure it was sorted quickly and keeping us updated. She provides such a great service!

Elle was a fabulous agent to work with. She took time to establish our budget and what we wanted and then worked to achieve our plan. We wanted to self book some aspects of our trip too, which worked perfectly.
The price was excellent and she was on hand to answer questions before the trip. We didn’t have any issues, however I know she was available if needed when away.

Elle was great (as always) in helping us to plan a special family holiday. She listened carefully to exactly what we did and didn't want, gave us a great list of options, and took over all the admin as soon as we'd made our decision - including answering questions about the specifics of the sleeping arrangements. I love not having to collate documents and info myself and having it all arrive pre-organised!

Whist we were away she helped to smooth a minor hiccup (not down to her) quickly and easily, and even sorted out some compensation which it wouldn't have occurred to us to ask for. It's very reassuring to have someone in your corner to help deal with anything that may come up. We will definitely be back!

Elle did such an amazing job for us - we had a 4 week holiday across three countries and two continents with multiple different accommodations and a car hire along the way. For the two countries that we didn't have a car, Elle arranged chauffer driven pick ups from and to each airport. We hit a few snags along the way (all mine and not hers!) and she got on top of them instantly to resolve them and come up with some other options. When we were originally planning the holiday, she must have had dozens of different emails and changes from me and my husband and she responded quickly and professionally to every single request. Honestly, I can't rate Elle highly enough - just use for your holiday booking - she's fabulous!

Elle is phenomenal at finding you the perfect holiday. I gave her a very long list of requests and she fulfilled them all. Before you leave she sends you checklists, boarding passes and amazing luggage tags. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is super fast at responding to you. And it doesn’t cost you a penny. Highly highly recommend her.
