Had an excellent experience with this company. Karl was incredibly helpful and a fountain of knowledge. We had a wonderful week touring the Lake District. Once we arrived at the various sites, setting up was a piece of cake. As other people struggled with various pieces of equipment, within five minutes we were enjoying a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Everything is to hand and there is ample storage space in the 696.

We hired a Zefiro 696 Motorhome from AVR and had a fantastic week watching the Open golf at Troon and touring Scotland.
The motorhome was about a year old in tip top condition and was spotless when we picked it up. Karl who was responsible for the handover was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that we needed to know about the van. We chose the 696 because it had a fully made up double bed in the rear, a shower, a large fridge and came very well equipped. There was only me and my wife and we felt to have plenty of space with this configuration. Overall I couldn't recommend this company enough and I'm sure we'll use them again in the future.

Great little getaway for the price. Karl is a very welcoming and passionate about his business.
The motorhome was spotless like it was brand new. Great handover on how to use the motorhome and a great drive.
Would definitely book again!

Just returned from NC500 trip in this lovely motorhome Zefiro 696 - AUTO. Motorhome were really nice and spacious, we went as family of 4. Lots of storage space, especially in fridge. Had plenty of space for 6 days worth of food + plenty of beer👌 Really liked this motorhome, found it just perfect in size for family of 4. Trip were amazing but most importantly how amazing were guys at Adventure Van Rental. From the moment I've emailed my booking request up until motorhome handover it has been nothing else but great and smooth experience. Guys were super helpful, always ready to assist if a problem occurs. As this was my first time renting motorhome I were a bit nervous as wasn't sure what to expect but Karl were so professional and friendly at vehicle handover that it went as smooth and nice as possible. All in all very great experience and I will definetly return to AVR in near future.

Second time rental of a Ford Transit camper van, and won’t be the last we will use AVR .Great low mileage well equipped vans .Great staff thanks Carl a true gent. A full weeks round trip down through Oxford-New Forrest-Shaftesbury-Wells and Cheddar Gorge-Bath-Cotswolds.different site each day.Love the freedom.

I would recommend Adventure Van Rentals to anyone thinking of testing out the camper van life. Effortless to book, reasonably prices for a spotlessly clean full spec camper van. Karl enthusiastically gave us a thorough induction in how to operate the van and provided full 24hr telephone support for us newbies. Can't praise them enough for the service.
They didn't supply the tent. 🙂
