Really enjoyed the morning session with Paul who was brilliant at putting my mind at ease before doing my first ever cold water swim. Effortlessly covered off the essential safety information, effects on the body (during and after the swim) and all with a friendly, relaxed and very professional approach. The introduction to cold water essentials is excellent value for money and should be the first port of call for anyone venturing in to this haven for physical and mental well being. Thank you for getting me off to a great start on my cold water swimming experience.

I've had a couple of lessons with Paul and they have both done wonders for my swimming stroke and speed. A few tweaks to arm placement, breathing, sighting, glide... marginal gains on each part meaning a noticeable difference overall.

Paul always comes with a smile and is a pleasure to work with. Constant feedback and direction during the lesson and great follow up pointers and video too. Highly recommended!

Following a couple of sessions with Paul I feel far more confident and efficient in the water which is reflected in my times dropping both in the pool and open water..

Will continue following the tips from the sessions with Paul and hopefully refine/improve future.

Having the one to one sessions was far more beneficial than previous group sessions with other clubs as he could focus on individual aspects of my swim

Had a fantastic time at Longside Lake today in Egham with a swimrun training session.Paul and Jude put on a brilliant day, really informative about taking on a swimrun and endless great advice delivered in a fun, inclusive and laidback way. If your curious about swimrun, check out these guys they are so enthusiastic and genuinely passionate. Its in a beautiful tree lined lake with excellent coaching and is a brilliant place to start your swimrun journey. Top drawer wet and watery fun, what you waiting for get swimrunning!!!!

Absolutely first class instruction, friendly, approachable and a clear depth of knowledge that can only come from a wealth of experience. Took an interest in why I was there and gave advice that was right on the money with benefits that lasted for several days. Will definitely be seeing him again.

I had a great swim Adventure, thanks. The Ruckraft made it super convenient, the route was very nice with a walk then the swim in beautiful surroundings. My technique feels much better now and i’m much more confident!
