Today I spent the afternoon paddleboarding with Mike from Adventure Sunderland. What a wonderful adventure it was! He was encouraging and full of great tips to get me confident enough to stand up. The weather was absolutely fantastic too. Thank you for such an amazing experience. I look forward to getting out on the water again.

They have loads of activities like paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, pier jumping , body boarding etc. And the instructor Ben is super friendly and an awesome person. The only piece of advice is if they ask for any preference of an activity which u would like to do, tell the one which u will mostly enjoy. Otherwise they might select something which u wouldn't like at the end of the day. Also don't worry about safety, it's quite safe and they know what they are doing. And even if u don't know how to swim u still won't drown with the life vest. Just enjoy the water.

We loved our group paddle board session on the large group board with Mike, I had complete trust in Mike and everyone enjoyed the session. All of the kit we needed was provided. Mike had us laughing, learning, even captured some photos for us and we were lucky to see dolphins, obviously these can't be guaranteed but made our experience magical. Thank you.

We had a fantastic time on our SUP beginners session. We were 2 adults and 1 child and it was totally bespoke for us. It was good fun, great value and we will definitely be back for another session.

Took the family paddle boarding with Ben, from Adventure Sunderland and had an absolute blast! It was great for the kids, the instructor, Ben, was fantastic, and it looks like the kids have a new hobby! Especially happy to hear about the kids sessions being run after school and the family sessions as well. We'll certainly be going here again!

Booked Adventure Sunderland for our company Staff Development Day yesterday. Great room space and facilities with lunch, then some staff enjoyed a brilliant kayaking session on the afternoon with Mike. Would highly recommend.

Steve and I had a fencing lesson today with Mike, it was great fun and we learnt a lot, with a few laughs along the way - would definitely recommend it and they offer loads of other activities. Thanks Mike and we will be back 👍🏼
