This place is a SCAM for local people!! They know it is the only soft play in Cumbernauld and they abuse the prices. The price for 2 children-only the enter is £33 plus they charge for each adult 1.50£ which is unreal. If you choose to eat their food that is the worst I have ever seen and overpriced the total fun for for two hours will cost around £80. Don’t get fooled by those greedy people. With this value of money, you can do so
Much more on better places.

This place was a complete letdown. The staff were rude and dismissive, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. The food was extremely poor in quality cheap ingredients, badly prepared yet shockingly overpriced.

It honestly feels like all they care about is squeezing as much money as possible from customers, without offering anything close to decent value or service in return. There are plenty of better options nearby. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend others avoid it too.

Had my boys party here and it went very smoothly and well organised. The party host was very friendly and couldn't of done enough for us. Great soft play with loads to do however prices are quite expensive to go regularly

If I could this would be rated 0 stars. The entry fees are absolutely ATROCIOUS along with the food portions. Staff always seem unhappy and really lack communication skills. If there was another cheaper option for a soft play in Cumbernauld this place would be non existent. Honestly I really disapprove of the way they handle complaints, I brung in ballon’s for my daughter’s birthday and she was truly really excited for her friend to see them. We entered and they told us we couldn’t bring them in even though I was paying over £55 for 3 children. I asked to speaker to a manager as they didn’t have any information about not bringing ballon’s in on their website but had no valid reply only that “We throw our own parties and you have to pay for bringing in ballon’s if you purchase a party.” This place is a joke.

I was absolutely amazed when we visited for the first time today. Incredible equipment, really well staffed and clean. My pet hate is a dirty looking play space, but there were people going around cleaning everything: High chairs were being cleaned within an hour of opening and they already looked pretty spotless to me. The Inflatable section is awesome- I think it is new. We never ate, but food/ cakes all looked good too. They seem to have thought of everything. I couldn't fault it.

Far too expensive and a bit of a con that you have to pay for adults. a bit dirty and no soap in the toilets. I wish it would give local people a discount !

We bought our daughter here while we where staying over for a few days and we thought it was brilliant and amazing. There is so much to do, all the toys, the inflatable section, the 3 level softplay and all those slides. My daughter had an amazing time! We went for the 2 hours and the time passed so quickly.

Very spacious which is nice, as a lot of soft plays can be cramped. I wish we had something on this scale in Cumbria. Most ones down here are a lot smaller and don't offer as much.

I don't get people complaining about the price. It's actually pretty reasonable for something that size compared to what you pay down here. The softplays in my area adults pay as well, and in a lot of them it's £3.00, as they also us the facilities.

Also the food was nice as well and again reasonably priced. I was expecting to pay more as some of these places rip you off for the food.

The only downside was the heat, it was way way to hot and you could feel the heat coming off the ceiling mounted heaters, it was also quiet a warm day as well so the heating didn't need to be on that high.

My only other thing is none card payment for entry and yet you can use can card to pay for food. I did notice card machines at the entrance so I really don't know why it's cash only when we live in a time now, esp after covid where few people actually use cash.
