Beware of disingenuous handling of refunds. I was informed that no refunds are due whereas this was not true. Only after multiple emails and reference to the contract it has been acknowledged that a partial refund is due. Also I was informed flights were about to be booked but when claiming refund it was stated that flights had been booked "a while ago". It is a shame that a company claiming a meaningful experience with purpose needs to behave in this way. The tone of the response sums up the attitude. I have written proof in emails exchanges of what I stated here.
