We can't recommend Adventure Leisure highly enough! When we set out to buy our first campervan, we were introduced to Richard, whose knowledge and expertise were invaluable. He never pressured us, instead guiding us with thoughtful advice. We had plenty of ideas, and Richard helped us focus on what we truly needed while suggesting what could wait until we had more experience with the van.

Adventure Leisure’s customer focus is exceptional—it genuinely felt like joining a family. They went above and beyond to ensure our van was in perfect condition, quickly addressing a couple of minor issues that come with any new vehicle. Their technical team and customer service staff were just as dedicated, making sure every detail was taken care of.

Even though it was a bit of a journey from Liverpool, we’re so glad we made the trip. Now, we can enjoy touring in our campervan, whatever the weather! Plus, the surrounding countryside is beautiful—well worth exploring while your van is being checked over.

Fitted Truman Aventa Aircon unit to Hymer t568sl without any Hassel seems a very neat job thanks to all at ALV.
2 months later and still no problems and with the summer we have had still dry as a bone.18 months later another fantastic job done fitted new awning with led light bar thankyou again.

Really good experience from Adventure Leisure - picked up the camper fag end of the year, having travelled across the country the previous day(Good deal on the new Hymer van) Richard picked me up from the nearby Premier Inn and brought me into the dealership to hand over/pick up. Richard checked up later when back home that all was well and was quick to respond to request for replacement plug for the sink. It's a heck of a distance to travel, but they're good people, happy to help and to sort out problems. The beginning of a long term relationship me thinks...

We bought a new Coachman Laser xcel from ALV earlier this year. They couldn’t have done more to help and ensure we had a good purchasing experience. We recently moved up to Islay, ALV delivered our new Coachman up there for us, they arranged everything, and have been a pleasure to deal with. We’ve had one minor issue with lighting that was resolved immediately by them contacting Coachman for a replacement fitting under warranty. Special thanks to Michael and Richard for their professionalism. We would highly recommend ALV to anyone considering them.

We got our Hymer Free S from ALV in 2021. We got an amazing service from everyone at the time, but Faye and Phil went above and beyond helping us with a ridiculous list of queries! Any issue big or small since has been sorted with a friendly phone call and brief trip up the M6.

We just had our annual service done and again the service lived up to the incredibly high standards they set themselves. We couldn’t imagine buying or maintaining a van through anyone else and would highly recommend the team to anyone reading this.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end!
We have recently purchased a caravan from Adventure Leisure Vehicles and cannot speak highly enough of the service we received . From our initial discussions with Michael, contact with the administration staff, through to the buying process and the handover of the vehicle which was undertaken by Richard, everything was handled in the most friendly and professional way. We had arranged to collect the caravan in early July, but due to an issue with having a towbar fitted to my car, had to re-arrange collection on two separate occasions, the staff at ALV were understanding and offered to store the caravan until we could get everything sorted. On collection, Richard undertook a detailed handover ( which being 1st timers) was very useful and answered all our questions without making us feel like complete novices. They even arranged a two night stay at a local campsite in order for us to get used to everything! The ‘on the road pack’ was a welcome and very unexpected bonus which probably saved us several hundred pounds.
A minor teething issue was resolved very quickly.
Adventure Leisure Vehicles demonstrate how a business should be run and the service and after sales support was exemplary. We will certainly be buying our next caravan from the team here!
