Following my ML Training with Adventure Expertise last year, I recently completed my Assessment with them. The team was super professional and thorough throughout, always sharing their passion and expertise. During the assessment, they worked hard to provide the very best possible experience, even during challenging conditions. I have no hesitation in recommending Adventure Expertise to anyone wanting to further their outdoor knowledge, skills and qualifications.

I recently completed my rock climbing instructor with adventure expertise and overall the service provided was outstanding! The company was really flexible with my timings, as unfortunately due to an injury last year, I had postpone the assessment.

On the assessment, my instructor, Jake, was great. He was understanding, informative and engaging throughout the process.

I'd highly recommend these guys for any outdoor related activities!

I spent a week in Norway (Rjukan) ice climbing with Jake and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Adventure Expertise to anybody looking for a similar trip!

We set out with clear goals of climbing some harder ice and building lead skills, and that's exactly what we achieved. Jake was an excellent guide + coach throughout. The package of accommodation and in-country transport (over and above the guiding) was a plus and made organisation super easy.

Fantastic all round - great comms before and during the course, thorough training during the course (plus lots of really helpful little practical tips too) and clear suggestions/plan for consolidation ahead of assessment. Recently completed my RCI training with Jake and his team and the 3 days spent with them exceeded my expectations. The wealth of knowledge they have to share was amazing and the learning environment was always fun and relaxed. Thank you, looking forward to returning.

I recently completed my RCI training with Adventure Expertise and can't recommend them highly enough as a provider! The course was professional and engaging throughout, and our instructor Jake tailored the programme for each of our individual climbing skills and backgrounds.

Jake's teaching style made it easy to ask questions, and his skills, knowledge, and passion for all things climbing was evident from day one. I left the course feeling much more confident with my climbing and rigging skills, but also feeling really excited about getting out there and getting in some more routes on the gritstone! A fantastic experience all round!

Incredibly disappointed with Adventure expertise. I signed up to a summer ML course with them which has just finished I believe. My wife became quite ill two days before the course began which required hospital treatment, I asked to transfer the course to a later date as I couldn’t possibly leave her, I fully expected to pay a hefty admin fee for the inconvenience to transfer the course but was told quite flatly “that’s a shame, no you can’t transfer to another date as per our T&Cs”…..
I appreciate everyone has bills to pay, I wasn’t expecting charity, maybe just a bit of compassion and some flexibility. I am a yoga teacher and run a business which runs courses and workshops, it’s incredibly short sited and somewhat cold to not empathise with someone’s predicament which was completely out of my control.
Anyway, I will do my MlL course at a later date but not with Adventure expertise .
