We’ve been using the firm for many years to run around 30 football trips to Manchester per season. Fantastic support from Nick within the office and a host of great friendly drivers with the quality of coaches being of a high standard. If there are any issues they have been rare and are handled professionally in double quick time. We question how much our loyalty is valued at times by the Senior Exec of the company but would never fault the brilliant work of the team to make our trips enjoyable. The firm has proved very reliable for us and shines against local competition.

First of all I would like to thank Nick Jones-Private Hire Executive for arranging the Adventure travel Coach for our trip on 28/08/24.

We really enjoyed our trip to Isle of Wight and it was a nice experience. I would like to thank our lovely bus drivers Sean Williams and Darren Russel. Both Sean and Darren were absolutely brilliant, made us feel welcome and ensured that we knew where we were going. Nothing was too much trouble for both and they delivered service with a big smile on their face! They were friendly, patient, helpful, cheerful and bantered happily with customers as they got on but multitasked so there was no delay in moving on. They made everyone cheerful because they were such a cheerful delightful drivers.
Very good customer caring.

Have travelled with you four times now and have always been delighted with our experience. Our drivers have been exceptional...Gareth & Niel have taken us twice and Niel & Teresa the third and forth time. We have always gone to London and had the best experience, in a comfortable air conditioning environment in a beautifully clean and roomy bus with a toilet. Our drivers couldn't do enough for us and very adaptable to where we needed to be dropped off...Will continue booking with you as everyone on the bus were very happy with our service

I had an excellent experience with Adventure Travel. The drivers were incredibly flexible and friendly, which made the trip highly enjoyable. Communication with the office was seamless and always helpful. The only suggestion I have is to provide advance communication in case of any traffic obstacles that could potentially delay arrival. However, even in those rare instances, the professionalism of the team shone through as they swiftly resolved any issues that arose. Overall, it was a fantastic journey, and I highly recommend Adventure Travel for their exceptional service.

Adventure Travel have been excellent transporting the Merthyr Town first team to our away fixtures during 23/24. Hopefully same for forthcoming seasons!
