came to Adventure Bude on a school trip back in 2007 or 2008, and to this day, I still find myself thinking back to those good times. The early morning runs? Yeah… they still haunt me a bit! But honestly, they’re a small price to pay for everything else we got to experience. From surfing and kayaking to mountain boarding and all the other activities packed into that trip, it was non-stop fun. The instructors were great, the energy was always high, and it genuinely made for some unforgettable memories. If you're thinking about sending a group here—do it. Just maybe warn them about the wake-up calls!

My concern is that older male staff approaching 30 have intimate relationships with younger female staff 19 year old or there about (who to be honest are just barely legal).Whilst these liaisons are legal, I feel should be discouraged when some of the customers aren't much younger.Sets a bad example and wrong tone in my opinion and unnerving for parents.I understand this is difficult to police but a quiet word would suffice.

I went here for a school trip and it was amazing. The caving was really small, so wouldn’t recommend for claustrophobic people. We also
did high ropes offering loads to climb. The obstacle course, up at the top, The tight rope, The last man standing (which is who could stay on the longest by pushing each other off) also (can’t remember what it’s called) but was a 8 person thing where there was one pole for your hands and another for your feet. People would pull you up to try and get you to the highest point, but you have to stay on track with each pair. There was also the leap of faith, where you had to climb up this wobbly ladder about 8-9m high, make a jump for it and see if you can make it to the pole. There was also this thing where you had to go through two poles by going through the right path. We then did surfing, not a very long walk to the beach from the center also. Once you get there you pair up in pairs and carry 2 surfboards down to the beach from the surf shack and then are giving a brief safety instructive talk about how to surf and what to do. Very fun but also very hard. Got knocked down from when the surfboard lost control because of the wind and smacked me in the face right into the water. The final activity was Kayaking, very fun and also given a brief safety talk on what to do and what not to do, also taught on how to do kayak rolls. Once your in they do tend to tip you over (they won’t if you law low). We were playing a game where you could pick a country and then could tap someone’s front of their kayak and them claim them as yours. Also like a 10 min walk not that bad. Now for the afternoon entertainment. They did a 5- a side football match which was great fun also which karaoke going on every night. With a talent show one night also. The rooms (depending on how much people your staying with) can be very big to very small with the rows up to three bunks high. Our room had two bathrooms well one with a toilet a sink and a shower. And the other one with just a shower. Given some drawers to put your suitcases in also. The food was nice also with vegetarian options also. After all 5 star in my opinion

Had the best week at bude all the instructors were lovely especially james. James was my best friend and was my favourite instructor he made the week so much better than it already was. Other than that everything else was great including food and activities. Thank you james for the best week ever it was memorable.

It's okay, the activities were very fun the instructors were very kind. But what I will say is that the bunk beds (triple) are very unsafe due to the ladder being circle's and pretty large and far apart , the beds are very hard , I myself had to sleep on the floor as it was hard and obviously when I woke up my back hurt which affected my experience but other than that I would definitely go again.

Over the course of several years, all three sons of mine have come here on school residential trips and loved it. Great facilities, activities and staff.

I went here on a school trip a WHILE ago now, couple years back maybe. All I really remember is people putting wood chips in some of the arcade (not pacman level) type areas, and getting hailed on in a morning walk, and still I remember enjoying it.
