We used their 24-seater mini-coach for a return journey to Worcestershire. Their service was pretty good. The coach arrived on time and delivered us to our destination on time as well. Very reliable. The driver, Thomas, is very friendly and helpful. Apart from the very old coach, everything was great. I definitely will use their service again. I recommend them.

The service we received was outstanding. He made our day an absolute dream. Thank you embracing everything we asked for. You were completely above any expectations we ever had and you made us feel so comfortable and relaxed on our big say. It will be a memory we will all have forever.

Very reliable minibus/taxi service, they were very efficient in getting us booked in and picked up for our airport transfer. They even were able to rearrange and pick us up when our flight was delayed by around 6 hours. The only negative is that one of the minibuses that we had was very old but not sure if it was because of the flight delay but would definitely recommend! Very efficient and decent in price!

I used this company for my works Christmas outing to take 13 of us to the Magna. I cannot recommend this company enough, from start to finish they were extremely helpful and professional, they were the most competitive on price too. Annie who dealt with our booking was so accommodating and our driver Thomas was professional, friendly and ensured everyone was dropped off outside their front door. I will definitely be using these now for all our travel arrangements both personnel and work related.

Extremely prompt arrival and even on our return having experienced a 3 hour delay on pick up (no fault of driver) the company were extremely fair on giving us compensation for our delay. Will definitely use advanced travel again.
