Been working for a few months with the guys. CO-OP contract Birtley, never had any issues to be fair. If you know whqt you are doing they are more than decent and fair to work for. Remember, they are an agency and you get what you ask for. Me personally need to be flexible with my days, so its pretty easy to say what you are available for and work around that.

Early starts, but for the money you are paid, in comparison to the industry standard for fridge work. Its about on par.

I've been working for those guys since Feb. So far they play fair, very reliable and extremely flexible when it comes to shift patterns and start times.
Honestly can't say single bad word about them.
Definitely worth to give them a try...

Seems like a good company to work with been driving through them about 2 & 1/2 years now. We have had our ups and downs but who doesn't. Overall 4* kept me in work always paid on time. Which are the main things.

Wouldn't recommend, complete time wasters.
They hounded me for my availability to work for shifts at Co-op in Birtley and promised if I gave them my availability, any booked shifts are guaranteed and wouldn't be cancelled. Had a couple of shifts booked in with a 1400 start time (I have been working back-shifts so was strictly limited to a 1400 start time for a couple of weeks leading up to Christmas and I made that crystal clear).
Day before shift, guy from office calls asking me to start at 0700. I told him I couldn't as already told them numerous times I can't start before 1400. Said they didn't have any work at that time and shift cancelled unless I start at 0700.
So obviously any bookings you have with them aren't actually booked in with a client, they're just hanging you by a thread in the hope they get something.
Found the guys in the office to be quite rude and obnoxious. A lovely lady called Helen did my onboarding, who was new at the time. She no longer works there. Not surprised.

I was looking for a part time job as a class 1 driver, the agency accommodated me and I was satisfied. The job is available on a permanent basis. I am happy 😃!

I applied for position advertised as 22-27 per hour. I got my first payslip - 17.50 per hour. Oops (I don't believe in that kind of mistakes)
Before you start applying - make sure you triple check all the details. I used to work for them earlier and it was very good. Well not this time...
Positive - they didn't try to deny that it was a trick. I know that everyone is trying to get drivers before busy period but this is a new low... Offer me a decent money and I'm there for you.
