Please do not book with this company communication was horrendous, transfers were cancelled on day, refunds have still not been made. We travelled with a toddler and our seats were not together which caused havoc thankfully Qatar managed to pull few changes last minute however with a full flight this wasn’t easy. We had a few issues with amenities at the hotel and the team would not respond to any of my concerns. Alex who I originally booked with was reading my messages and not replying. I still haven’t received my refund for the transfers I had to arrange as theirs cancelled.

Faye at Adored Holidays was great to deal with in booking our holiday from my first enquiry i made to the actual booking. She gave me her direct number I phoned and she ran over everything that we had previously discussed through messages and was so helpful.she made it so easy and It was lovely that I could actually speak to her in person. After taking all the details she phoned me back to let me know my booking had gone through and my confirmation email should be in my inbox as we speak which it was. it was! What great professional service would highly recommend booking with them.

My overall experience with Adored Holidays has been less than positive. (The review is fairly long as the full context is needed).

I had some moderately complex requirements needing a 2 centre holiday and then a group of my friends joining us on the 2nd part.

I saw an advert for Adored Holidays via FaceBook where they had some great prices. I was unfamiliar with the brand so made some enquiries, I was concerned that their website had been live for less than a year but was reassured that they were part of 360 Travel Group, my research showed they have been around for some time. Adored was referenced on the 360 website in the 'Our Brands' section so I felt comfortable booking with them.

My initial call was with someone who insisted on calling me ‘Darling’ throughout the call, I found this objectionable and had my booking taken over by Faye who got things sorted for me. Faye corrected the booking as I had got a detail wrong on the initial booking.

We spoke several times about adding car hire/villa accommodation on my second leg. Faye could not find a price that matched other quotes I had received. Nonetheless, we booked car hire and Faye promised to keep an eye on prices and amend the booking as prices would inevitably go down, if they didn’t, this element could be cancelled up to 2 weeks before travel.

Things started to unravel when I received a flight change for one of our internal flights, this meant that our plans would be out of sync, I emailed Faye to try and arrange a more suitable flight time. I did not receive a response and eventually found out that Faye no longer worked for the company.

When I made contact by telephone, I was again being called Darling while being assured everything would be ok. I looked at having the flight changed to a more convenient time. There was some back and forth but eventually, I was able to have flights I was happy with.

A few issues were identified, the baggage that was originally included was not on the updated itinerary.

I had found a better car hire quote and was told that I couldn’t cancel my original car hire despite it being added provisionally.

During the conversation, I was told that the prices I had been given couldn’t be correct as you ‘couldn’t possibly have the holiday at that price’. Fortunately, I had my original itinerary and details, I was told that that was not a confirmed reservation and was just a quote. This seemed strange, as who would pay a deposit for an unconfirmed booking.

I had my original emails from Faye which showed I had a booking, not a speculative quote. A few days later they agreed the pricing was correct.

I was sent my first ATOL certificate (one was not sent when I originally booked), the ATOL number on it did not match Adored or 360 travel.

Communication began to slow and I got the distinct impression I was becoming an inconvenience. At this point I did not want to proceed with my holiday, I did not feel confident that it would go ahead without a hitch.

I was advised that I would receive my deposit back within 28 days (which was a result as I had expected to lose it). I checked the booked flights and could see they had been quickly cancelled. The refund, however, was not forthcoming and we were over 28 days.

Despite many emails, I did not receive any reply. I set a deadline for the refund to be confirmed, it was not. Ultimately I invoked a chargeback through my credit card.

The day after this I got an email advising ‘Refund is already done’ with no additional information. Additionally, the obligatory darling had been replaced with a kiss (x) at the end of the email. I am guessing it was a kiss, but of course, their surname could just have started with an x.

Of interest also, Adored no longer appears on 360’s ‘Our Brands’ page.

All in all, this had not been a great experience. I would avoid booking with them, I most definitely would not use them in future.

Trailfinders replicated my booking and were cheaper. The ATOL details match and the team are responsive when I contact them!

Booked with Adored Holidays for my holiday and had a great experience. Sidrish was extremely helpful when I was struggling to decide on the vast accommodation options and was also able to find me the package holiday for the lowest price. I will be definitely be booking through these guys again!
