Helen came to sit with us and listen to what we wanted for our "holiday of a lifetime" - and she did exactly that!! ? percent. She booked and recommended 3 incredibly wonderful locations in Kenya that allowed us to visit, and see, some totally fabulous places. Our camps and guides at Governors camps were so knowledgeable and thoughtful, and actually very patient also, it made the early morning starts so worthwhile!

Helen was conscientious, meticulous and a host of fantastic energy since the very first minute we enquired with her. Not a beat was missed and she made our first trip to Africa a trip of a lifetime I’ll never forget. Everything we asked for was there and more, expectations were blown out of the water and couldn’t thank her enough. Not a single leaf unturned and even when there were a few last minute changes, nothing was too much hassle for Helen working into the night. Looking forward to the next one booked through Aditi, and thanks for the beers on arrival. Dream!

Helen was amazingly helpful in helping us pull together a bespoke itinerary which suited me and my husband. She was very knowledgeable and responsive, and quickly got a sense of what we were looking for after several phone conversations and iterations of itineraries.

Although we originally approached Helen for a trip to Jordan, after a few weeks she asked whether we would consider a trip to Oman instead - not somewhere we had considered in the past, but it was perfect for what we needed from that particular trip! Unfortunately we had to postpone the trip due to personal circumstances, but we look forward to working with Helen again in the future (hopefully for both Jordan and Oman!) and would not hesitate to recommend her to others!
