I am not a service user but live close to one in Rainworth this 28 a career as parked outside my house about 4 inches from my drive will cause a problem for a delivery vehicle that need to reverse onto my drive I have paid for this delivery and they may not be able to deliver to me.
The way the carers park is inconsiderate for myself and my neighbours some who are on shift work as nurses,if the turn up early we are awoken by car doors banging and shouting Both myself and my wife are elderly there is an area where they can park where they would not cause a problem at all it would stop people with prams and wheel chairs from having to go into the road I and anothrr neighbour have contacted your company several times asking for them to speak to the carers it stops for a while but then starts again Ifully understand that they have a job to do

Ok here goes. My first review they asked me to take it down over the phone because of issues regarding the start of my care. They did address the points and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and things did improve greatly. Recently I had a trust issue with one particular carer, which I did phone up to tell them about. I even phoned social services and it was agreed that the lady would never attend my home, which was done for a couple of months. Last night this particular carer that shouldn’t be visiting me came into my home. I was pretty shocked by this but had to accept the care. I’m not impressed. This should never have happened. It would seem to be an admin issue. Other than that the care supplied is good. Their time keeping is excellent. No issues in this respect.

We are really happy with care provided by Adicare. Our mum is in the latter stage of dementia and has very limited movement or understanding. The carers are very attentive, they sit with mum and talk to her. The treat her with respect and dignity at all times. They are extremely gentle, caring with the upmost professionalism.
Our Dad is the main caregiver, they engage with him respectfully and in a friendly manner. This really helps our Dad as he is able to chat and talk about his wife.
The support provided by the office is professional and helpful, they have a can-do attitude and always try to help.
This level of care means a lot to all of us as we feel confident that mum is not only being cared for but she is also being treated as a human being and an individual.

I have been using Adicare carers to help me to look after my wife for the last six months. The quality of their support has been excellent. They show wonderful courtesy, kindness and understanding on each visit. Their manager is businesslike and accessible and very obliging. I recommend them as outstanding carers.

Still a lot to know on how good the company is so just 3 as some carers haven't been the most gentle until but my grandmother's carer jade what a wonderful and amazing girl she is! She is currently caring for her and her passion is wonderful, jade is doing an amazing job

Wow Adicare, you have really exceeded my expectations! I was so anxious and nervous moving to a new care agency but you really have raised the bar. What an amazing family of diverse carers you have. We have gotten to know the carers very well as we as a family also play a key part in helping our carers look after my mum. We decided to change our work patterns, contracts, life commitments etc to accommodate our new carers and give them a helping hand. With mum not being able to effectively communicate being in the advanced stages of vascular dementia, we felt it was important for us to be there to help our carers understand what mums preferences may have been and also fill them in with a back story of mum's life. With that being said our lovely carers have also given us an overview of how they came to work for Adicare and it is wonderful that Adriana has committed herself to bringing such lovely people into our lives. Some of our carers just to name a few Felix, Chucks, Lilian, Tawa, Madinat, Violet, Shane, Blessing, More Blessing.... exceptional human beings who work with such compassion. Apologies if I have missed a few, there are so many that we see. Oh... Bee, and another lovely carer i always seem to forget her name, always takes her shoes off before entering the rooms, long hair tied up. I can't thank them enough for what they do for my mum. They have all learned the Bengali language, especially key words that mum understands which is fantastic. They treat mum with such respect calling her "Amma" or "Mama", and that's so lovely to hear. They always take on the challenges that comes with caring for my mum such as encouraging mum to stand up during changes, this is probably the hardest part of all, but they do it so quickly and efficiently so not to cause any distress to mum. When mum becomes frustrated they start playing with her, clapping, repeating some
phrases mum says in Bengali or Arabic, and this really can put a smile on mums face. I can go on and on.....Thank you so so much for all the carers efforts, they don't go unnoticed. We have a huge amount of respect for them all. I am confident they will receive the recognition they deserve because they really do deserve it. Thank you once again.

Adi Care care is a great agency that you can fully relying on.
They have a uniquely caring way of listening to your needs and finding what you needed.
Additionally to that they gave us amazing and creative advise on how to adapt in quicker.
