Terrible service. Booked the airport for my family for a morning pickup. They called the night before trying to upsell to ridiculous prices. After assurances that everything is still good and "we won't leave you", at 4am before the pickup they cancel. The only upside is I asked to cancel after the upsell attempts but they said zero refunds within 48 hours and then they cancel with refund pending. There are many companies that do this. Pick one of those instead.
