Now I understand why Adams has such good reviews on Google - you suggest customers delete negative comments (check Sebastian Narloch's comment). I can't respond to your comment directly, so I'll do it here. The apartment we were originally supposed to rent flooded and we couldn't move in, so we asked Adams to help us find another apartment. They were completely unwilling to help. We literally had to beg to be offered another apartment. When we moved into the apartment, it was not refreshed, the paint was peeling off the walls and ceilings - we were promised that it would be renovated soon. For two years, despite our requests - it wasn't. We waited months for any repairs to be made, despite numerous emails and phone calls. Fun fact - last month (5 months after moving out) we received a call that someone would come to fix the leaking roof (which we reported about a year ago). As for the deposit, it was reduced by £100 for repainting the hallway because the walls were showing signs of wear and tear. I think this is completely normal after two years of using the apartment. Apart from that, we left the apartment in a better condition than we found it. The rent was always paid on time, we were never even a minute late. So I don't understand why this was mentioned. As for the person responding to the aforementioned review - This attempt to ridicule former tenants and the suggestion to remove the review only confirms the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. Google reviews are for the purpose of presenting an honest opinion and as a company you should draw conclusions from this, not (once again) show your complete lack of culture. In a world where each of us has enough problems, I highly recommend that you give Adams a wide berth. The people who work there may be wonderful people, but as employees of a real estate agency, they can make life difficult for tenants.
