Excellent Service from Ace Cabs Doncaster!

I recently had the pleasure of using Ace Cabs Doncaster, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The booking process was incredibly smooth – I called to book taxi for work on a regular basis, and the customer service team was friendly and efficient, confirming my booking within minutes.

The taxi arrived right on time everyday, with a text message to confirm a taxi was on its way, this reduced my anxiety. The drivers were professional, courteous, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the ride. The vehicles were clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant atmosphere. I especially appreciated how the drivers adhered to all safety protocols, making me feel relaxed during the journey to work.

Disappointed to see one of your drivers parking in private residential spaces for over an hour and leaving litter behind. It shows a lack of respect for the people who live here. Please remind your drivers to be more considerate and responsible — especially when using areas that aren't designated for public or business use.

Update in response to the company's reply: While I appreciate the clarification that your drivers are self-employed, the vehicle in question was clearly marked with your company name and contact details. Regardless of employment status, when a driver displays your branding, they are representing your business.

This is back a couple of months now but my son booked a cab with yourselves online and he paid upfront. The cab never showed up and when we called to chase up they said they didn’t receive booking but it had debited his account. Was told you had to send another one out but he’d have to pay for that while you looked into it and assured us you’d call us back. No phone call came and after a couple of weeks we called again to chase up his refund. The person we had spoken to-Josh- no longer worked there but the manager said he’d get his accountant to look into it and call us back. Again no phone call. My son reminded me a couple of days ago but clearly there’s no point in calling as we get fobbed off - he’s 16 and could do without having to pay for a cab twice
