Massive Thankyou to Gayle, I was in need of some parts for my drone for an upcoming event and was worried I wouldn’t get them in time as none in stock so let the shop know I needed them asap I was contacted swiftly whenever there was an update and even offered a premium next day delivery free of charge! When they arrived, Really appreciate the efforts to keep the customers happy, I can imagine anywhere else you’d be brushed off as a impatient customer, definitely will be back in future

Called in today after visiting aeroboot at the museum brought a couple off kits and materials love visiting this shop a varied range and something different for everyone staff are welcoming and it's nice to go to a hobby shop not ordering online will visit more often cannot praise you enough

A nice model shop that reminds me of the ones from my youth. Nicely stocked with a wide variety of subjects (including static and RC). Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who make you welcome and can help with advice on a wealth of subjects. Will also order things in if they don't have them in stock. All in all, a great traditional model shop of the kind which should be supported in this online age. Nothing beats being able to have a browse and hold the kit before you buy! Highly recommended
