I was sold some Vietnam Airline tickets from a Miss Hang Tran. However my son is 11 years old but she sold me a ticket for young adult 12-15y. She says she has 20 years of experience in the travel industry and she cannot even buy a correct ticket for a 11 years old boy. That is unacceptable in my book. That is dam careless in the worse sense as possible. She says she is the manager and that is how we were treated. So everyone please be careful. I have read your comments. Your first questions should always be. Can I have the date of births for all people travelling. You never once asked for their date of births. That is unforgiven and unprofessional.
