I have been with Academics for 8 months. Being an International student in a new country, I received great support from Andy and his team, which really helped me adapt to the new working culture. Andy is super friendly, understanding as well as very professional. In most of the agencies, the registration process is complicated and takes a lot of time. But here it was comparatively easy and fast. Also, the payment system they have is very efficient and on time. They always try to get us work available and are really supportive. I highly recommend Academics for anyone getting into education/supply.

I have been lucky enough to be an employee of this agency for the past year and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about them. This company is supportive, professional, and really cares about its staff. I graduated July last year and had an interview with Andy just after and straight away I knew this agency was the one for me. He listened, and took note of my preferences and respected them. I’ve been fortunate enough to have gained a long term supply and this is soon to be a fixed term and throughout my first year of teaching, Andy has kept in touch, checking my wellbeing and that all was well. My wages have never been incorrect and have always been on time.
Teaching is tough but having a supportive employer in your corner makes the greatest difference. I would highly recommend any teachers or teaching assistants, old or new to join with this supply agency. You won’t regret it!

They regularly keep in touch, check to see how I’m getting on and genuinely provide friendly advice. Supply can feel lonely at times but I feel they have your best interests at heart.
