Arrived early for early morning departure.
Careful and considerate driving on both journeys.
Car was immaculate inside and out.
Kept fully informed as to when car would arrive, type, make, model and driver's name.

Absolute cabs- Absolute joke!
After asking for a quote for a taxi to Leeds Bradford Airport for 4 people with 4 suitcases and 4 hand luggage I was told I would need an estate car. A link to pay was sent to my phone which I paid immediately, job done..or so I thought. Day of departure, a taxi arrives over 10 minutes late to start with but it's a 6 seater with all 6 seats up and no room for luggage till he puts seats down. Driver has a go at me for ordering incorrectly on the app ( I didn't even know they had an app) and said I needed to pay an extra £45!. I refused as I'd already been quoted AND paid well in advance on the advice of the telephone operator. After a stroppy woman named Hayley called me to state I should have paid for a 6 seater, I replied not my problem if you misquoted love! Finally gets to airport after a stoney awkward silence all the way to be told said driver would NOT be picking us up. Great we thought, somebody else with manners might then!
Return home only to find same driver is here who then demands £40 IN CASH off us before even putting luggage in 6 seater car. Refused to pay this as I'd already told Hayley that she'd got 10 days to sort out sending an estate car (which was ample) and what I'd be quoted and paid for a month ago. Driver rang Hayley and told her we were refusing to pay extra and that he was taking a person and a luggage case out and leaving them at the airport unless I paid!! I had my 2 young children with me which panicked them as they thought one of us would be stuck on our own at the airport at 4am! By now I'm on loud speaker having a 4 way argument with her, the driver, my husband and I as she told me she'd 'just bill me'! Again, I flatly refused to pay telling her if they'd have told me in the first instance that I needed a 6 seater I would have actually paid for one but not AFTER they have already told me I needed an estate car plus I'd paid well in advance. After threats of us reporting this scamming company to the authorities, the government and anyone that will listen, he finally took us home. Nearer to our home he drove at 50mph down a 20mph road weaving all over the place. Again, I want to reiterate that my children were in the vehicle with us! Arrives home for him to keep his seat belt on, NOT even open the boot to help get our luggage out or open the side door for us to exit the vehicle.
This firm is a complete joke, extremely unprofessional and in my opinion scamming passengers who have already prepaid as he demanded CASH and told us not to pay any extra on the link......very dodgy indeed!! I wonder how many other passengers feel obliged to do that and the drivers pockets are lined very nicely 🤔 AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, threatening to leave customers at an airport is not only disgusting, unprofessional and rude but it's dangerous and frightening for the vulnerable.

I can't fasten the seatbelt myself or travel in back due to having weak hand and mobility problems he had the passenger seat pulled forward and picked me up on the wrong side of road and was given a choice.i told him before he set off I couldn't fasten my seatbelt and repeated it again when he set off quickly even though he didn't have to he said it didn't matter from thorne road in Wheatley to barnby dun.i found it difficult to get a taxi home that day I went to the hairdresser's with ace cab who are brilliant they apologise cos they wouldn't have cab for an hour along with two or more companies this was around 2.30 on the 9th may.absolute cabs was my last resort.He wasn't pleasant either

Dreadful! Never turned up so had to ring UBER who came in less than 4 minutes and charged half the price Absolute were going to!
Will never use you again.

Regularly late, drivers almost constantly on their phones, often ignoring road signs and not holding the steering wheel.

Absolute joke!!! 3 days book same route and get all 3 days get different prices!!! How the hell that’s possible?!!! Just like to rob the people seriously!!!

Rip off , haven't been sending me confirmation by text with fixed price , so when I get in taxi over charging by £2.00 . I have used this firm for years will not be using anymore
