Absolute pleasure! Staff was friendly and helpful. Boat was meticulously maintained and very clean. Fully outfitted for a week of fun on the canals. Galleys are VERY well equipped. Staff was responsive. We had an issue with the batteries and the maintenance team quickly replaces all five deep cell batteries unless then an hour. WOW! Top Tip though. The central heating does not come off of the diesel engine. It is a diesel heater that burns fuel faster than the actual engine. So keep that in mind.

Awesome, unique experience. We're Americans traveling with our two boys, 10+16. We rented for 5 days and that's the perfect length of time. There were some hitches along the way...tree down blocking the path to Ratho, bridge failure causing delay in Bonnybridge, miscommunication with lock crew not arriving on time one morning... But overall it was an excellent trip that our boys will for sure remember and talk about forever.
The lock crews, the wheel crews, Myrna and the others at the rental office.... They were all super amazingly nice and helpful.
We'll be spreading the word, for sure!! ♥️
