Called and pre booked from towyn to Italian restaurant in Rhyl, explained during booking my lad was autistic and had to be on time. Perfect on the outward journey. The driver said he'll save my number and to call him when ready and he'll let us know how long he'd be. After the meal I tried several times but no answer causing my lad great distress . Walked to the bus station in the end. Not true to there word.

Tried ringing to book a taxi, they seemed annoyed that I dare even attempt that....very grumpy and rude. The signal was bad, and he got more and more irritated at me for not catching what he was saying. Then was unwilling to do a 2 mile trip twice back to back. Apparently there'd be no time for that...wonder whether he'd have been able to do a single 8 mile trip...🙄

Would give no stars if could. Staff are EXTREMELY rude, whilst I was on the phone to them there was shouting at eachother in the background, the person on the phone was confused to where to get me as I was explaining it very clearly, so I walked to where they were based instead. The person behind the desk said take.a seat and so I did and then quickly shouted ‘no not that sofa it’s the boss’s sons’ so why would it be in the front if nobody could sit on it? The hygiene was extremely extremely poor and it smelled really bad. Not worth the money

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.The taxi never showed up.We waited 10 minutes after the due arrival time and rang them in a bit of a panic.The chap (calls you "darling" - irritating and hugely patronising) said it would be here any minute.Fortunately, the cleaner jumped in her car and took my brother because if he'd missed his train he would also have missed his shuttle to Brussels and quite possibly the lecture he was supposed to deliver there.My mother stayed at home by the front door and the taxi never came. No one ever contacted us. No one ever said sorry or offered any explanation.

Used the company three times over this weekend and they were punctual very friendly helpful and good value for money and Kelly let me use her phone and did a detour so we could get food on our way back to our caravan her food recommendations was as good as their service, along with this the covid procures were spot on so felt very comfortable and safe being in their vehicle thank you Kelly and company highly recommended x Sally Rogers .

This is the second time I have ordered a taxi from this company thinking I live in the same area it’s probably going to be the fastest and yes when calling on both occasions Iv been told my cab will be their within 10 mins .
On both occasions it’s be more like 45-50 mins .
And when calling back Iv got the operator trying to tell me that the cab has been ....
.
No he hasn’t love because muggins here has been standing on the door step waiting for you!

Anyway so let me just reminded me of your latest inconvenience, i had a suprize family meal this evening and that’s why I asked how long your cab would be before ordering with you . After you cab not turning up on time I thought I’ll hang fire another 10 mins and if it’s not been I’ll ring up . Then when I ring up and explain I have somewhere to be where is my cab I’m lied to about my taxi already going to my address and after no answer has gone somewhere else . I’m given a meaningless apology and told a cab will be their within 5 mins . Well wot a joke ! Another 20mins later he’s not turned up and another phone call to the office to be passed over to another person to take my call I’m told he’s turning into my estate . This company is an absolute joke and I would never recommend to anyone .
I don’t even believe they deserve a 1 star rating .

Just used this service. Pre booked was on time and sent a clean tidy car and very polite friendly driver. On this occasion was just a short journey but still turned up .... many don't for short journeys( henllys to cues bar). Thank you Abacus. Carole.
