We got a taxi to take us into town and got the lovely Chris! He made us comfortable and went beyond by offering us mints and charging ports. But more so was just lovely to talk to. Thank you Chris, hope to require your services soon xx

After seeing some of the reviews lately I decided to give a review. I had the same situation. It was several week's ago when I prebooked a taxi for the next morning. It did not arrive at all and no one would answer the phone.I had a coach to catch to London and could easily have missed it.Luckily I flagged another taxi firm down.

Managed to get a taxi to collect me within only 30 minutes. Arrived on time, and the driver was polite and friendly. Certainly be using them again. Cheers

Ordered a taxi early this morning and was told it would be outside. The time came and there was no taxi, I waited 15 minutes, phoned up and no answer! They made me late for work, I'm lucky Radio taxis came to my rescue! Ridiculous!
