Perfect service, took us to the airport, picked us up on time. We are using A2Z again to take us back home from the airport. The vehicle was perfectly sized for all of our luggage.

I stayed in Scotland in a remote location with no access to public transport no Wi-Fi at all. We had to go up the hill to spot the occasional mobile mast. I knew I had to find someone I could trust, would pick us up from the cottage and drive us around. I contacted Adele days before flying to Scotland, I must say I was impressed by her rapid response and helpful assistance even before leaving London. She is extremely reliable and amicable who knows how to take good care of her costumers.

I certainly wouldn't recommend this taxi firm at all. Booked to take guests home after a Wedding at Aswanley by Huntly. Didn't turn up, leaving eleven guests stranded, which included a six month old baby and 3 year old toddler. Meaning the two little ones had to be pushed in their buggies back to their accommodation, approximately one and a half miles away in the pitch black. (Only the light from a few mobile phones providing light). Didn't even have the courtesy to advise that they wouldn't make it. Absolutely horrendous service. Cannot wait to read the excuses for failing to turn up.

Great experience with A2Z; booked a ride from Keith to visit the Glenlivet distillery and return back to town. Driver was lovely, had great local knowledge, and very punctual. I would absolutely recommend!

Thoroughly recommend A2Z—my boyfriend and I came up to Keith from Edinburgh by train and had the pleasure of being driven four times by Adele over our short stay. We arranged two of our trips by calling just before and the others we prebooked during the previous rides. An excellent taxi service!
