If I could give zero stars I would. Not only have they went to the wrong town but we have missed a meal we booked last week. Is it any wonder the police are called oh wait that was due to the driver being out his head left the keys in the car with the car running and someone stole it 🙈🤣🤣 give them a miss..wonder if they will pay for the meal we lost stay clear company is dodger than the dodgems at the showies

Usually good but when getting groceries out driver seemed v hostile opening boot then stood arms folded watching me struggle with 7 large shopping bags of groceries. Most drivers help us bring them to door of our bungalow (I suffer with many illnesses) apart from this driver in particular they are usually helpful & friendly. He seemed very agitated fsr

Would give 0 stars if I could. Taxi driver wouldn't even take us to the door even thought that's the service you pay for, front seats pushed all the way back could barely get legs in. Told taxi driver and he told me whatever... a standard car saying he couldn't get down the street when trucks drive down it. Totally unprofessional and not a proper taxi service if they won't take you to the door. Do not recommend.

Used this service twice yesterday. Same driver of 'bus' on each occasion. Service was very prompt. Hubby was helped into cab by driver.
On the second run our daughter was dropped kerbside later in the evening. Having taken us home the driver stated that he was going back along the route to ensure that she had made it home safely.

Far too dear. Never on time. £7.50 for a local taxi. The young man that answers the phone is extremely rude. Charged my 15 year old son £8 from bishopmill to Jamieson drive.
