Not trustworthy. Made a booking for 10:30pm last night. Taxi didn’t turn up and when we managed to speak to the driver he said he’d double booked himself - even though he’d taken our booking just 3 hrs previously. Left on the side of an unlit country road. No other taxis available at short notice so had no choice but to walk 3 miles home in the dark.

Absolutely nothing A1 about this firm with the standard of driving just witnessed. Minibus shot down the outside lane to make a left turn! Utter stupidity. If you want to arrive at your destination safely use another company!

Rob is a super great guy.
Pre-booked taxis for my wedding earlier this year since the venue was remote and not great signal and was a great service.
Also randomly one night couldn’t get a single taxi down in nailsworth - Ron sorted us out so quickly!

This was the driver's local area and we gave him the full address and postcode, yet we had to direct him to our accommodation and he charged us £15 for a 1.5mile journey. Taken for a ride for sure.
