I contacted this company to organise some short term storage for house contents as we were moving to the area. Their prices are excellent, the storage containers are in excellent condition and easy to access. The site is secure and it's easy to get the car/van next to the units. We ended up needing the storage for longer than we anticipated and we were very appreciative of their flexibility in this matter. We also end up storing two cars on their site and felt that the security for the cars was excellent and we were very happy to leave them unattended their. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I contacted this company to put my furniture into a unit when I moved out of a property. My furniture has been there for around a year, and I’ve just moved it into a new home, and it was as good as when I put it in the unit. There was no damp or mould on anything. The owner is very approachable and helpful if needed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a storage unit.

We used A11 Self Storage for 4 months whilst relocating from Hertfordshire to Norfolk.
Julian's storage units are well looked-after, with a varnished timber floor and a moisture absorption stick in one corner to keep humidity down. The site is easy to find, with plenty of space for vehicles to manoeuvre.
Julian communicates well, and was prompt in returning my deposit when I had removed my items and returned the key.

Julian has given us excellent service since the first moment of contacting him. He is extremely friendly, helpful, down to earth and professional. We felt they were very fair with their prices and making payments was easy and we were given plenty of notice. I think it speaks volumes that our movers, who are familiar with most of the storage companies in Norfolk, spoke very highly of Julian and his site and they were not wrong. Delighted with the service we received from A11 Self Storage. The unit was in excellent condition and there was plenty of space for storing the contents of my brother’s two bedroomed house whilst he looked to buy a property locally. During the 2/3 months that it took for the house sale to complete, he was able to access the storage container easily and whenever necessary, and we have just helped him move into his new house. Everything in the storage container was in perfect condition. Many thanks to Julian who is very helpful, easy to get in touch with, and ensures that things run smoothly - brilliant service and would highly recommend.
