2nd time we've used them and would happily recommend them. Last time we had Sean but this time we got Robert and once again no complaints.

Booked over the phone with Karen(?) with no problems. Cost was only £40 more than leaving the car at the airport so price was perfect!

Robert went though all the arrangements in the car and we had a text just as we were boarding our plane back home (in Europe so no costs) to confirm the details he'd already agreed while in the car going up to Gatwick. I text him to let him know about a slight delay in getting our bags but once outside he was there within 2mins.

Nice drive and nice team would 100% recommend.

There is a very helpful lady n the booking office, Karen.
We were so impressed with Sean our driver. He arrived spot on time. My husband is disabled and Sean was incredibly patient and helpful with luggage and wheelchair. The car was immaculate. Sean even helped me into the airport right up to the special assistance desk, which is a first for me as i am usually left to struggle with a wheelchair and suitcase from other taxi companies. Sean was very clear when giving advice for the return journey and I was so glad to see him when we came home. Sean helped me by actually bringing the suitcases and luggage into the house and was very respectful to both of us. (This was in September 2023} We are going away again in February so we will definitely be using them and I can highly recommend them. Thank you very much!

We used them again this year for airport runs and they quoted a really competitive price and the service was excellent. The drivers were on time, friendly and efficient. The office staff were very helpful and friendly when I had a query too. I recommend them for airport runs.

Outstanding local family business with excellent service. We have used Sunset twice and both times, they have provided excellent and friendly service. Driver Sean was punctual, helpful and the car was immaculately clean. We even had a delay (due to illness) and our flight was changed to the following day, yet Karen simply re-arranged the pick up time with no hassle whatsoever. Pleasure to deal with and will be using again.

This is the first time I have used Sunset, and I was impressed by the friendly lady who I spoke to to make the booking, and also the driver, Howard.
Howard texted to say he was on his way (reassuring), he arrived a few minutes early in a clean and comfortable car, and was well turned out in spite of the fact it was 4 a.m.
Howard has a wide ranging knowledge so the journey passed pleasantly and I was pleased that he was able to collect me on my return (at an equally ungodly hour!)
I will now use Sunset every time, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service, first time we have used any airport transfer service (we normally drive ourselves).

Driver turned up just before agreed time, helped with luggage, minibus clean and tidy.

Good conversation from driver, we also forgot to put our bins out for that morning and they would have been left for 3 -4 weeks, the driver was very kind and returned to put our bins out on his way back through.

On return we were text by the driver as stated, nice and easy, again helped with luggage.

Nice drive both ways, kept to speed limits.

Will definitely use this service again, they whole service was made stress free.

Amazing experience, booked a return journey and couldn’t have received a better service. Turned up early, great communication, nice clean presentable cars, drivers are amazing I cannot fault. I would 110% recommend. And definitely will be using this company in the future! Thank you sunset airport cars
