I would like to thank everyone involved who managed to get me a taxi so quickly when we were concerned about the safety of a family member in Bellshill. We were able to call the police when I arrived and thank goodness they found the lady alive but had been lying on the floor for 16 hours with a broken hip.
I can’t thank you enough for helping in such a crisis.

terrible service as over 30 mins wait today and long waiting time is a theme . DONT TAKE CARD PAYMENTS ?! inconvenient to say the least . Glad Wellman taxis came to the rescue!

Unreliable. do not use this company. I pre-ordered a taxi to pick 3 of us up (including a child) with 10 hours notice. The app sent a notification it was on it's way, then the driver cancelled on us. They would not send us a replacement taxi. We were stranded in the East End of Glasgow at 1am with a child. We had to walk 4 miles through parkhead before managing to flag another taxi down. The woman in the control room was pretty rude to us which didn't help either. This is the 3rd time it's happened with them.

Driver was a nightmare. Booked taxi to go from Uddingston to Glasgow. He turned up and said can't go there (Glasgow , the road is closed. When I said I still wanted to go to Glasgow he said "do you not listen, the roads shut". (There's about 4 different ways you can go to Glasgow and they had only shut one road) Obviously wasn't happy at having to leave the 3 streets in Viewpark that he normally patrols. Massive sense of entitlement. He grudgingly went via Cambuslang but made it clear it was really putting him out. Wouldn't use this company again.

A1 RADIO CARS UDDINGSTON is the worst taxi service I have ever experienced. Prebooked a taxi for 7pm pick up for a wedding which we were head of the table and they didn't turn up until 8pm. Previous booked the same firm in advanced for a airport pick up and we missed our
flight because they were an hour late, the staff are truly incompetent. Voted the worse taxi firm in Glasgow

Terrible service. Booked a taxi three hours in advance then phoned to see where it was when it was 15 minutes late. I was told they were still waiting on a car and hadn’t found one for me yet because “they were quite busy actually”. Ridiculous that they hadn’t even bothered to contact me to let me know, and the attitude of the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely dismissive. I was 25 minutes late to my birthday dinner and had to drive myself because I couldn’t find another taxi at the last minute.

I called a taxi at half past 7 to book a dog friendly driver for half past 8 for my dog to go to the vet as he is badly damaged his leg I said I would get a bus if the compony would not have one they said it should be okay no problem i am still waiting on my taxi at 9 o'clock and the compony said they are going to be about 20 minutes still honestly waste of time calling a taxi.i tried yesterday for a taxi to and no one would answer I will not be calling this taxi firm again
