Literally talked to Ala Carte staff just now 10.11am, Very bad response and as soon as I’ve asked her I’ve got one more question she responded saying thank you bye, also she picked up the phone when I pressed for Melton food.

This is very rude response from what I’ve seen the Ala carte as a good reputation Company

Very bad staff at office and factory floors .employees treat new people like a slave. They all treat you like slave. When complained they don't take any action they ignore you totally very very bad place to work for

Very bad agency. Would not recommend. Horrible communication. Very rude staff who do not talk politely in person or on phone whatsoever. Gave me a different company to work at rather than the initial one I asked for. Just an overall bad experience and agency all together.

I’m working more than 4 year I’m really disappointed some agency people inside food factory have friends circle with team leaders they book there swift throw that and Codinator have pressure of this . Some of agency people staying without work ,they have only 2 days working days due to that . Even at work not respect each other

Worst Agency in the Leicester because they don’t know how to arrange the shift of the people they don’t have any full information about the job and they don’t even know how to speak with the people as well very very worst Agency in the whole Leicester I thought it’s a worst agent in the whole UK And the manager is still idiot because he don’t know how to manage his staff or manage the employees connected with the agencies. And always they don’t have any good vacancies they just need a labour not the employees or the servants

I had a very disappointing experience with the management. I was scheduled to work at the Peterborough warehouse and had arranged transport from Leicester. When I arrived at the bus stop at 4:30 AM, the driver informed me that the bus was already full. It's really frustrating to wake up early and travel just to be turned away. Poor management!

Workers at A La Carte employment agencies exhibit a lack of courtesy and demonstrate inadequate communication skills. Employees are not consistently informed about shift cancellations. On several occasions, I dropped my parent off at the designated pick-up point after the agency assured me that they would be collected at the bus stop on Catering Street. We endured the cold and rain while waiting for the bus driver, who ultimately did not arrive. Upon contacting the deputy manager for clarification, I learned that the shift had been cancelled, and I expressed my concern about the lack of notification. Unfortunately, this issue persisted on a daily basis
