Used this store as a UPS drop of point, they do not accept any large item. I ordered a computer case, so not that large. Rang UPS was refused by the shop. Even when i dropped into to ask if the parcel was there, he didnt even tell me they had refused it. Hate being lied to, another customer lost.

Had a parcel delivered by ups, we wasn't in so delivered it to here.
Called up multiple times to confirm that it had come in,
No answer and when they did they said they was to busy to have a look and see if it was in before I make the 30 mins drive to pick it up
