We have dealt with Southampton Cruise Centre from their early days as Save N Sail and we have always found them to offer great value and excellent customer service and support. Over about the last 7 years Susan has exclusively looked after our requirements and she is a credit to SCC. No task is too large or too small and her attention to detail is superb. She works tirelessly to ensure we get the best value for money and that all our requirements are fulfilled. Truly outstanding customer service.

I always use Diane Ware to book my cruises and have recommended lots of friends as Diane makes booking a cruise so easy. If there is ever an issue it has been sorted immediately. Debbie took full details/requests of our upcoming cruise on Arvia 27/04.
Such a lovely, pleasant,helpful lady who in no way tried the heavy sales approach and made the actual booking so very easy.
Having always booked direct with P&O the deal that was given by Debbie not only matched each detail but actually undercut their price and having a personal cruise advisor it was a no brainer booking with Southampton Cruise Centre.
Debbie took her time explaining each of our request answers and passed all the information on via E-Mail without any sales pressure.

Great customer service. Caitlyn got my booking complete for 3 separate cabins for a family cruise.
Ive been checking various travel agents to get this cruise for weeks and personally visited a couple of high street agents. Southampton cruise centre gave me the best deal by far. I seen the deal online and phoned up and Caitlyn sorted it out with ease. Great company.
