I called Cleveleys taxis to go into Fleetwood the other day, I rang their office and was contacted by the driver with his registration number and make of car. He was prompt and courteous. I then called for a taxi to take me home, because I wasn't very mobile he parked right outside the walk in centre. I said I was going on from my flat to the hospital and he kindly waited round the back til I'd packed a bag and he parked as near to the door as possible. Exceptional service and reasonably priced fair. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a Cleveleys cab into Blackpool this evening, a very nice driver dropped us of for a show. He said for the return ring and they would have a cab with us in about 10 mins.We rang after the show and extremely rude (to put it mildly) person just snapped "nothing for 45 minutes to an hour ". Bearing in mind we are two mid 70s people with mobility issues and it was blowing a gale it was incredibly distressing. Fortunately we were chatting to a lovely couple of ladies who were staying close. They took us back to their hotel bought us a drink and rang for a taxi which was there in 10 minutes. Nice to know there are still some nice people left in this world and not all with the same attitude as Cleveleys taxis. We won't be using them again and will be advising all our friends and acquaintances to do the same. I would have given them 0/5 if I could.

I got a cleveleys taxi on Saturday and the service was amazing. I had car 26 and his name was jim holland.
He was very friendly with good customer service aswell as quick and reliable too. Thankyou!

Dropped my phone in car and didn't know taxi firm rang phone a few times but was on silent traced company and before I could fully explain they said taxi driver had my phone and would drop it off which he did all correspondence with firm was excellent thanks to everyone involved

Big thanks to our driver Saturday night what a honest and reliable bloke he was.
After being at our venue for ten minutes my husband realised he had left his phone in minibus. One call to your switch board and he was on his way back with it. Nice to see there are still honest people out there.
We had a similar experience ten years ago with another Blackpool taxi firm when I left my handbag the outcome this time was not good with my bag being found three month later minus it contents at the zoo.
