Dawsons Travel managed to fit us in for our airport run which we booked with only a few days notice. Reliable and friendly drivers. Arrived on time at our home and arrived in good time for check in at the airport. Were super helpful, informative and flexible to bring us home when our flight was delayed a day late. Highly recommend as service was faultless.

Dread to think what it must be like sitting in one of these cars after what I saw this morning. Their driver was going right up behind people on the m61 because he didn’t want to pull out, then sitting in the middle lane at 70mph even when there’s nothing in the inside lane for half a mile with cars overtaking and then swerving across so they can get to the inside lane. They were also driving in the dark with only side lights on.

I certainly wouldn’t recommend them after seeing how their driver was this morning going towards Manchester.

Dawson's is a taxi car hire that specialized in airport booking, its base in Blackpool, the cost is around £180 pounds return and it will take you to your chosen airport. Once you ring these fine people you give them your details tell them flight numbers and we're airport you want to go to. Now after you have confirmed your details you then double checked that they are picking you up and everything is fine. "Mistakes do happen" and remember it is important that you double check to make sure that they are there to pick you up there nothing so bad if you are stuck at the airport . Dawson's aren't that bad, driver's there are fantastic and at the end of the day you just want to get to your chosen airport...

Journey out okay, minibus dated and driver friendly and chatty. On return driver no where to be seen, picked the are arrival time to go to the toilet! Didn't help is with the luggage, when though I was in a wheelchair, my husband loaded the luggage and wheelchair. Minibus was very dated and dirty, strange noise all the way back coming from the minibus. Driver never spoke a word all the way back just kept checking his mobile every 10/15 minutes. We have contacted the company but no response at all. Won't be using you again that's for sure!

Couldn’t fault the service we received last week. Martin our driver was polite, funny & very helpful. I will definitely use Dawsons again & recommend. I would say this is the standard other firms should aspire to!

Used for 2nd airport run and overall satisfied. Prompt, courteous and value service, appreciate the pre pick up phone call. Dissapointed this time that despite assurance we would not be sharing we had another passenger in the taxi home, apparently due to sickness. Not as much the sharing more the fact it added another hour onto an already long day. Even though other passenger was on same flight as us us, why I am suspicious of sickness call, she was over 25 mins later coming through luggagage collection. Then found out she lived Lytham St Anne's and we are at Bispham so quite a detour. Driver apologised but nothing from company even 2 weeks later. May look elsewhere next time.
