Worse experience ever with this company special holiday booked to Tenerife for me and my sister to celebrate my retirement after 50 years in nursing. Even paid the holiday a few days before it is due and almost a week later after parting with our hard earned cash no official confirmation that we have paid and jet2 website still showing a full balance due. They don’t seem to have a clue what they are doing and when you call to ask what is going on nothing but waffle and rudeness will never use this company again we are stressed to the max in case we lose our holiday as we cannot get a good reason as to why we cannot see our holiday as fully paid appalling

This is my first time booking and was totally amazed by the service, very friendly and nothing was too much to ask. I was running late and could not get a taxi home and was getting worried, no problem as i was offered a lift home by one of the staff. Truly appreciated, i will be booking all my holidays with Moorlands now. Thanks so much

Glad to see Moorelands in Cowdenbeath getting busy again with holiday bookings. All the staff are excellent and Michelle has come up Trumps for us many times.
