This driver cut in front of our motorhome almost causing a crash on the M6. If that’s the standard of your drivers I would avoid this company people if you value your life. He was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic idiot?

Long journey to London in summer, no air con. Same bus, longer journey a month later on hottest day, still no Aircon. Vents just blow hot air from the engine. More than uncomfortable, feeling of heat exhaustion by passengers. Bus still smells from when toilet wasn't emptied for months.

One of your coaches parked up on knowsley industrial estate has just dumped all its Urine from your toilets, all over the public road right by my work now my van and area absolutely stinks, thanks for that. Heading back shortly if it's still parked I will report the reg. I'm pretty sure you are meant to use dedicated disposal sites.

School bus always late when phone company always say it'll be 5 mins but always 30 mins to 1 hour late bus driver that normally does run is rude and shouts at kids on the way to or back from school. One time, a kid accidently dropped ball, and driver drove back to school. never got home till half 4.

I have used these guys twice for family holidays two years running large group of 27 of us. The service was impeccable nothing was an issue even when I messed up the dates. Really set out holidays off to a fantastic start with no issues what so ever. Drivers and admin staff are a credit to the company. Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely use again.
