After having not traveled internationally for a few years it was absolutely fabulous to have Ben take charge of the travel plans. In addition to knowing the best tours available, he arranged our individual guides in each city in Italy. Each was incredibly knowledgeable and delightful, Ben also personally took us on a wonderful tour of Rome.
He checked with us before during and after the trip. We will definitely work with Ben again. He is all you could ask for.

Ben was very responsive to our requests and needs. He built a great itinerary based on our budget and stuck with it. Accommodations were very nice and most of the tours were enjoyable, with many private and a few with small groups. Ben also shared some very good restaurant suggestions. If I return to Italy or visit the UK, I plan on contacting Ben again.

Such an amazing trip planned by Messenger Travel- we didn't have too much of an idea what we wanted to see/do, but he read our minds and planned an unforgettable trip that we never could have come up with ourselves!! The pace, balance of tours/booked events and downtime was just as one would wish. The ease of having someone else navigate the transportation/accomodations/recommendations was huge. He picked fantastic and affordable hotels and tours for us- truly a trip of a lifetime and we did not have to lift a finger. He is an expert and that truly showed in our trip; if you plan on going to Italy don't even try to plan a vacation without using Ben- it is sure to be the easiest logistical experience and best vacation. Plus, we got to meet him as he was the guide for his "dark side of rome" tour!

Wonderful! Transfers were on time with a safe driver. Hotels were conveniently located with accommodating staff. Loved the wine tasting in the Chianti region. All in all, a great experience and would use again!

I’m not sure where to start on how magical Ben made our “Momcation/best friend” trip to Italy. He planned everything from pick ups to tastings to tours to trains to hotels. Everything was perfect without one hiccup. Not one. I was extremely hesitant to go into this so vulnerable but happy to say the outcome was more than I could ever imagine. I was so impressed with how smooth and how perfectly planned every detail was. Ben is extremely knowledgeable on the city of Rome and actually did two of our tours. You can really see the hard work he puts into his job. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for a truly wonderful trip through Europe.
