From entering we were made to feel welcome. The agent Rene was super friendly but professional, and very knowledgable. We didnt feel rushed to book and it was a very pleasurable experience, no hard selling, all questions answered and optiins explored. Highly recommended.

I booked a holiday online to Orlando and wanted to change the hotel due to really bad reviews that cropped up in Oct 2021, I visited the store and spoke the Virgin rep and explained my situation. I apologise I cant remember her name, but we came in the evening of 14/10/21, anyway the Virgin rep was really understanding, and helped us book different hotel. The key thing for me was that the rep took my details, confirmed a few things with her manager and phoned me the next day as promised. Knowing how busy the reps the responses and feedback were very welcoming. A big thanks to the staff who assisted and made this work for us.

Rude staff didn’t help with my Covid issues prior to lock down and would never book with them again. Didn’t know what they were selling and just wanted the commission. Never book here and wouldn’t recommend will book with tui next time with cheaper prices and better service
