Mickey's have been a god send and have been easy to book, reliable, and friendly. They are local to Cleator Moor which is fantastic and I have had 2 journeys today with Steve which were so efficient also ( I apologise) I cannot remember the young ladies name but 2 weeks ago got me to a hospital appointment on time. I am beyond grateful. Thank you

Requested a taxi from Ennerdale bridge to wath brow rugby club. Charged me £10... They requested that I walk 1 mile down the road to a meeting place rather than pick me up from home.
The operator was very blunt and rude over the phone. Will definitely not be using again.!

AVOID IF YOU ARE NOT LOCAL. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.I was recently charged £15 from Ennerdale Brewery to Ennerdale Bridge. Avoid this firm at all costs if you are a tourist. We know the area but the driver went via Wath Brow as opposed to Kirkland (which would have been half the mileage and price). Integrity rating of 0. I questioned the route she took and she blamed it on Sellafield.......yep. Appalling, pathetic and a very sour taste has been left all of our mouths for what seemed a reputable firm based on Google Reviews. I'm sure the service is good for locals but if you've not got a local accent you will get screwed.

Booked to take me to Cleator Moor Medical Centre. Arrived on time and the driver was super friendly. I rang when I had finished and the return taxi turned up within minutes. Different driver and again, really friendly. I will use again!

very unprofessional. booked 3 times and always had a trouble. this time i booked it about 23:10 and no taxi turned up and no one was responding to my calls even though it was ringing.
