Having used this travel agent before to join family going to New York a few years ago, we decided to travel from Preston to Longton for some advice/quotes, Having had a bad experience with hays travel.
We wanted to go to Thailand, spend some time with elephants etc, and to book for Cape Verde. Anyway the sales assistant took all our details and said she would get back to us. That was over two months ago………
Call me old fashioned but is this day and age if someone can turn their noses up at least £5000.00/£6000.00. Then they must have plenty of business going their way. Also if a person said they are going to do something is it not polite that they do it?
We have now been sorted out with a lovely lady who has seen to all our needs and purchased two holidays with her…….

Booked a number of holidays with the wonderful “Gullivers Girls” over the past few years and the service is always friendly and professional. Great suggestions and communication throughout. Although it is a while ago, one of our holidays was cancelled due to COVID - we were supposed to travel the day after we went into lockdown and Julie was fantastic in communicating at a very confusing time and we received a full refund - so even if things don’t run smoothly Gullivers are there to help.
We’ll certainly be booking through them again!
