The one star is for Sleaford branch and if not for the fact that the currency exchange rate is usually the best, I would have rated it 0, if that was an option. If I go into all the details, the review will be too long. Suffice to say. Book it yourself direct with the holiday company you choose to go with. You will save a significant amount of money. You will get nothing more by booking with Hays. Staff in Sleaford are rude, lack the training to do the job, don't know what they are doing and don't know about the holiday they are selling. Staff in Newark are friendly and very willing to help, but still don't know about the holiday destinations they are selling. I ended up doing all my holiday research online anyway and booking my own transport and excursions.
