A diamond service from Joanne. I have used 118 on a number of occasions pre and post Covid. They are brilliant at responding to a brief, supplying the correct documents and supportive when things have gone wrong (e.g lost airline baggage). They are patient and helpful when we needed to make amendments to the booking and linking up to other families we have then decided to travel with. Thank you!

Used 118 last year and this year they have been terrible. Made a booking believing we had an all inclusive price but no. Took 4 days to receive the information which totally differed to what we thought we'd booked! Avoid if you want an upfront company. Booking with Cruise118 risks you not having the holiday you want ?

Phoned today and luckily found Seinead (Breslin) who was fantastic. Understood our need to change a booking for health reasons, explained the options, and then re-booked un onto a new Cunard cruise a few months later. Excellent and friendly service. Great work!

There was some confusion over fights ( changes by airlines) but Emily Peachey was very patient and understanding and sorted the problem very efficiently, so thank you. Stress factor reduced!

This is my 4 time booking with cruise 118, the first time was amazing the second time was good the third time ok this time a nightmare. Iv booked a Caribbean cruise for a week (this was easy) I then wanted to move the flights back a week and add a second cruise!!! this seems like mission imposable, Iv called 4 times now and all 4 times I'm told I would be called back and haven't. So I found the cruise I want cheaper and just need to change the flight. They were not happy about this telling me Id have to rebook both the flights and cruise loosing the deposits or pay £320 extra as that's the flights they found!! despite me finding the flights and the cruise has dropped in price so in fact would be cheaper. Meaning they are lying to rob more money.
Im getting a call back on Monday and will update and let you know if they are just con artists or if its been a multitude of mistakes that can fix it. This will be the difference between loosing a repeat customer or not.
