Our flight tickets were booked through Cruxton Travel , Harrow, UK and due to the Covid 19 pandemic they were cancelled. The team were extremely helpful and supportive in dealing with refund and it was done with no hassle. All our money was safely refunded within a very short period of time.

Recently booked with flights with this company which included a single date change. Despite requesting amendments several weeks before departure, and again throughout the trip, the agent advised to contact him on our final leg of the journey by which time the seats were limited and consequently set at a high price. Hotels for the expected revised date were already paid for, but in the end had to suffer a loss. I will not be making the same mistake with Cruxton and will endeavour to book with Southall Travel for all future transactions. I would say 1 star is overrated.

My wife & I were due to travel to Tanzania in April 2020 however due to the global pandemic our trip had to be cancelled. Not knowing what to do, we were lucky to get in contact with Cruxton Travel UK who helped us with obtain a full refund! They were very responsive to our queries despite dealing with a large volume of customers whose plans were getting cancelled left, right and centre.

My family and I had a holiday booked for the the beginning of April. Then the world got hit by Covid-19. I was really humbled by the empathy, humanity and hard work the team at Cruxton including Yusuf, Shafiq and Ali did to get my family and a refund very quickly. They were very professional and even though they were no doubt handling huge numbers of cancellations with very little news business coming in, they were very communicative.

My extended family who had booked the same flights as us through a popular online agency had a very different experience. They were unable to get any responses and had to resort to getting their credit card company to charge back their flight cost.

It is in times like this that I was super happy to use a travel agent that was customer first.

A fantastic company to book with from start to finish. They are so professional and you get such a high level of service! We have booked many holidays and trips with Cruxton and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Like many otherz over the past few months, holidays and trips have been cancelled due to the coronovirus. We had heard horror stories about other tour operators not honouring refunds and withholding money for holidays that were already paid for. But the process was seamless with Cruxton, they refunded our money straight away and there were no qualms. In fact, we have already rebooked our trip with them next year (hopefully we can still fly!). We have booked with other tour operators in the past, but we would only book with Cruxton as they really look after us! Thanks again to everyone at Cruxton Travel who has helped us and dealt with us over the years!
