６月にJTB旅カードを作った時に「今回の分の引き落としは８月です〜」と言われた。
実際は７月だった。
引き落とし日を間違えて伝えられ、口座登録が間に合わず引き落としはコンビニ払いの書類。
7/10を過ぎて振り込みしたが、遅延のため使える金額が3万円に限定され、解除されるのは８月の引き落としが確認できたあと末日に解除されるとのこと。結果、JTB旅カードで次の旅行代金を支払いできなかった。
JCBに確認もとったが、一律で個別に解除することはできないと。
店員側が認識ミスをしてお客に迷惑がかかっている。
店員の言うことが信頼できないのでこっちがしっかりするしかない。

再三に渡り電話やメールを送っているのにも関わらず、そもそも電話は通じない。メールは営業日にも関わらず数日返ってこない。契約してすぐの頭金を振り込む前までの段階ではとても丁寧にメールも電話も返ってきていたのですが、頭金を入れて以降対応がとても悪くなり残念です。担当の方だけでなくその他スタッフの対応もいかがなものかと思います。

本日の受付分は終わりになっていた。
わざわざ行ったのに役に立たなかった。
