I used Travcour for the first time in years to help me with my Algerian Visa. I always apply for visas myself but I was warned Algeria can be difficult. I was so glad I used them; the visa was approved but somehow the Embassy had not communicated that with the Consulate. Travcour were very persistent and worked with my travel company to sort the problem out. They had to argue right up to the final day before I travelled, but managed to get the visa eventually and I was able to pick it up from their base in London. If you have a tricky visa problem I would recommend Travcour!

I have used Travcour Visas multiple times for the past 5 years. I have recieved excellent, prompt and very efficient service from Darren every single time. He responds to the queries/emails very efficiently. I have even called him urgently regarding visas on weekends and he has replied straight away.

Travcour and Darren Bridges was recommended to us by our travel agent to support us in obtaining our India visas. We also decided to ask Darren to help us with our Nepal visas so that we didn’t have to be concerned about this during our holiday. The process for both visas was explained very clearly and we had conversations as necessary when questions arose. The service was provided honestly and efficiently, with reassurances along the way. I went through the seven stages of grief about not being able to get a Bangladeshi visa on time for a work trip, due to Eid and a few other closures. However, Darren at Travcour really went the extra mile to get my visa to me. He really knows what he’s doing and his communication is great. I honestly don’t know what I’d have done without his help for this journey. Highly recommended!

So, I like many others had a nightmare in getting my Indian visa but this is not Travcour's fault - it is the ridiculously slow & utterly rubbish Indian High Commission, who have completely shot themselves in the foot by being so inefficient & stupid in simply issuing a damn visa.
Darren was brilliant and tried his absolute hardest to get my visa before I left & we just scraped through half a day before. Considering he had hundreds of visas, all pending, he took time & effort constantly emailing & telephoning & keeping me up to date with the situation of my visa - he could not be faulted. If you wish to throw stones, do not aim them at Travcour & Darren, aim them instead at the lamentable Indian High Commission who should be ashamed that they have the temerity to treat potentially high spending tourists with such indifference.
I would most certainly use Travcour again, but go to India again - that's debateable.

Super happy with this service, I got my passport renewed through Travcour and they made the whole process really simple and stress-free. I was kept up to date with everything and it was really fast. The staff are lovely and made sure I had all the details I needed, answered every call or question straight away and made the whole passport process really straight forward and actually really pleasant! I spoke to Darren a couple of times to answer any queries I had and he was really happy to help and made sure everything ran smoothly, kept me informed on everything I really cannot fault them, Will definitely use again if I need too, highly recommend!

Darren was very helpful and responded quickly to queries. Sadly and not his fault, the Indian Embassy are no longer taking applications for visas from agencies. Hopefully this changes in the future. The cost of the service is reasonable compared to other agencies offering the same.
