Went in to book a holiday but wasn't sure where I wanted to go. Sarah was brilliant! She asked me what I wanted from my holiday and how far I was prepared to travel. She then shortlisted some amazing places. Sarah had knowledge of all the places and had actually been to a couple of the places herself so had first hand experience. Would highly recommend Tui Morpeth to book a holiday.

Came across TUI shop whilst shopping in Next Morpeth. Called in just to browse. Spoke to two lovely young ladies who were very helpful even though I wasn’t actually booking anything yet. Sarah took the time to discuss different destinations and will definitely return to book in the near future

I travel with a friend of mine who lives in Belfast and is disabled. Melanie at the Morpeth TUI branch has done our booking the last 2 years and sorted out all of the passenger assistance and could not have have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

Huge Thankyou to Marie for all of her help and support today. A complication with our booking meant we had to change our hotel 2 days before our flight. Marie was a superstar and found us a fabulous new hotel. It may have took 2 hours but she got there in the end.
